Palm Island Aboriginal Shire Council Planning Scheme Alignment amendment (June 2016 Version)
The amendment (June 2016 Version) was adopted by Palm Island Aboriginal Shire Council on 30 October 2019. The amendment will come into effect on 6 January 2020 under the provisions of section 293 of the Planning Act 2016, Alignment amendment rules.
Amendment (June 2016 Version) has the effect of aligning the terminology of the Palm Island Aboriginal Shire Council Planning Scheme with the Planning Act 2016.
