The Palm Island Aboriginal Shire Council is developing a new Corporate Plan for the coming five years (2026–2031), and we want to hear from you.
Our Corporate Plan sets Council’s direction for the next five years, with a commitment to good governance, operational efficiency and the delivery of significant community infrastructure projects.

We want your feedback to make sure that the things we think are important align with the community’s expectations of Council for the next five years.
This Corporate Plan will guide Council’s decisions, priorities and resource allocations across housing, infrastructure, economic development, cultural heritage, community wellbeing and good governance. Each year’s Operational Plan and Budget will be developed to deliver on the commitments of this Corporate Plan.
