All Meeting Notices are published 2 weeks prior to the Council Meetings, with details of the meeting.
Due to social distancing requirements imposed due to COVID19, Council Meetings will be closed to the public until further notice. Minutes of all meetings will be posted on Council’s Website.
Agendas
Council will publish the agenda items of its ordinary monthly meeting at least 2 days prior to the meeting date. The list of agenda items are available at the Council Office 1 Main Street Palm Island.
The items to be discussed at a special meeting of Council will be published before the meeting. In emergent situations it may not be possible to publish the items 2 days before the meeting.
Only those items listed on the agenda of a special meeting may be considered by Council.
